The window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unworn items with tags and hygiene liners intact.
How to start
Email care@referense.com with your order number and we will send a prepaid label the same day.
Exchanges
Tell us the size or colour you would prefer and we will hold it while your return is in transit.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of arrival at our studio.
